getting sooo excited, i'm so restless right now, already went to gym but all i want to do is train. i only need to increase my bench by 10 kilos and i can break a national record! can't wait, i'm going to compete for as long as i can in my current class until i break the record then i'll move up a class because i'm right at the top of my current one, infact a kilo over so i have to drop some water weight before my meets.
if i keep going like this i should be able to total 400kg early next year! after less then 6 months of powerlfiting this year.

How good was E3, JVD! Sony killed Microsoft.
Putting a pre-order down on the PS4 very soon.
Can't believe Square Enix finally came through with the goods too.

The Mexican Fisherman and the Investment Banker
An American investment banker was at the pier of a small coastal Mexican village when a small boat with just one fisherman docked. Inside the small boat were several large yellowfin tuna. The American complimented the Mexican on the quality of his fish and asked how long it took to catch them.
The Mexican replied, “only a little while.”
The American then asked why didn’t he stay out longer and catch more fish?
The Mexican said he had enough to support his family’s immediate needs.
The American then asked, “but what do you do with the rest of your time?”
The Mexican fisherman said, “I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, take siestas with my wife, Maria, and stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine, and play guitar with my amigos. I have a full and busy life.”
The American scoffed. “I have an MBA from Harvard, and can help you,” he said. “You should spend more time fishing, and with the proceeds, buy a bigger boat. With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, and eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats. Instead of selling your catch to a middle-man, you could sell directly to the processor, eventually opening up your own cannery. You could control the product, processing, and distribution,” he said. “Of course, you would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to Mexico City, then Los Angeles, and eventually to New York City, where you will run your expanding enterprise.”
The Mexican fisherman asked, “But, how long will this all take?”
To which the American replied, “Oh, 15 to 20 years or so.”
“But what then?” asked the Mexican.
The American laughed and said, “That’s the best part. When the time was right, you would announce an IPO, and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich. You would make millions!”
“Millions – then what?”
The American said, “Then you could retire. Move to a small coastal fishing village where you could sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take siestas with your wife, and stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play guitar with your amigos.”

hey boys - E3 was nuts... way to much walking and even more alchohol....
Sony definitely got the one up on Xbox for the moment, but will be interesting to see what comes out about the restrictions on 3rd party titles on PS4.

Going to be a very interesting couple of months as this all rolls out...
For me from a business perspective I see it as a potentially good thing... but have publishers thought what might happen to game sales if teenagers can only afford to buy 3-4 games a year as they won't have trade in money to use towards new purchases????

Yeah I don't think they have at all.
lol I remember as a kid being lucky to get 3 games a year. Usually one for birthday, one for xmas, then one at some random time. But because I have two brothers and they'd get games for bday/xmas too so we had a decent amount to play.
Now that I'm older with a fulltime job I'm buying a few every month haha.

I would have answered your question if I trained biceps directly.
What weight are you aiming for in the end? Mirin the 6% your rocking right now (nohomus)
You never post in here anymore!
GJDM! best of luck with the max squat!
I would die doing those! Not my thing haha
Pb'd deads again tonight (feel bad posting pb's in here)
232.5 x 5
242.5 x 3
252.5 x 3
Only single sets of them, have been doing a 5/3/1 style with reps, but on my last set been trying to push as much as I can out.
Oh none of this sissy bouncing deadlifts either. Completely resetting each rep.
Andy, where are you now? still in NY? Hope your having a good time (nohomus)

lol @ Milne.
The other week he came out on the footy show, and said he's a victim of abuse.
Dude's straight out filth. Deserves it.
Bulk successful, hit 85kg. Will maintain for a little then cut down for summer!

Got 81 poptarts delivered from USAfoods last week lol.
Warm poptarts for a winter snack <3
So far the cookies and cream is the master race flavour. Strawberry is fairly good but the flavour isn't strong enough. Cinnamon and brown sugar is nice, chocolate fudge is good too. Still have to try the cookie dough.
