Is it bad that I thought it was actually a pretty good rap lol?
Was half expecting to see Frizzel and Rainer appear in the video. Not a single white person was seen that day.PBs:

Insists on doing a bicep shot in every video but it's clear he's never curled a weight in his life. It's funny but I feel bad for laughing; he should collab with the sickening sith lord, both delusional about their barn door yates bicepticles.
In all seriousness, what's your total at? I watched a video where you said you're going equipped because raw isn't enough of a challenge in the UK and you'd kill it. The 93kg record in the GBPF is about 730kg if I recall correctly. Don't you claim something like 660kg?

Empy, I think he's been on here quite a while.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

I drop by every now and then. My novice program is stickied here so I need to keep up with what is going on with it, check in on people's progress etc. The Nazish restrictions on discussions of hormones on a bodybuilding forum makes it difficult for me to converse here so I limit my time here to avoid getting banned as I tend to forget what the rules are and aren't and can't keep up with them as they change them.... then I can't help people in the sticky.
Keep talking to me sexy like that and I might just have my way with you... willing or not.
Yeah about 660 KG but shouldn't take much longer to be past 700kg raw at 90kg. There isn't very good competition in the untested feds... I am philosophically opposed to competing in tested events even though I am an expert on passing drug tests.... the raw totals are pretty close in tested vs untested feds to be honest. Hoping for 800kg equipped 700kg raw by the end of the year and working up from there. Almost been training 2 years again so not bad progress. 2 years ago I couldn't bench the empty bar, my bro had to help me get it off my chest. LoL
My bench is my biggest hold up atm. I've hit a 280 deadlift both sumo and conventional now... but I've had to fight for every KG on my bench since getting out of bed.Last edited by JasonDB; 06-16-2013 at 11:11 AM.

Huh?
I've not seen many of his videos but most seem quite legit. Why would I neg him?
What untested feds are there? Wasn't aware there were raw untested, I just know of the BPC, I think it is, which is the multi-ply one but fuark multi-ply. I dunno, I just found it odd you said it was very uncompetitive when there are still people better - you made it seem as though you had records easily if you wanted. Although I'm surprised you're a 90kg lifter, I'd thought you'd be at least 100kg.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Good stuff... doing hg test only these days with ancillaries at a gram a week. Cutting and gaining strength so no complaints.... and it keeps the wife happy.
Yeah I need to quite being lazy about that... the tanning shop is a 3 or 4 minute walk from my front door and I have a tanning package still there with unused minutes on it. I'll get on it this week.

Ma man! If it makes feel a little bit happy inside, I took your advice on benching for people who have a wingspan greater than a Boeing 474 and my bench has improved from being poor, to slightly less poor!
But I have a little problem now. I unfortunately have small, girly wrists and I'm feeling a bit of pain in them when pushing. The bar really seems to roll right back into my hand and hyper extend my wrists a little too much.
Should I buy wrists straps or would that be masking a greater problem?
