ya ya macros/eat what you want, that part i know. what i'm asking is are there foods you choke down that you don't really enjoy? (for instance, spinach or broccoli or whatever)
i bought a few cups of yogurt from the store today because its been years since i've tried it and i've always heard how good it is for you. i'm also lactose intollerant and a bit of a sensitive stomach. i know the bacteria in yogurt helps to regulate digestion, so i gave it a shot.
so i popped open the oikos orange cream and it tastes about the same as i remembered. not inedible but not enjoyable. i'm going to eat the other 2 i bought to see if brand matters a lot and because i hate to waste it.
so what foods do you guys eat that you're not huge fans of?

Just came off a bulk, so I was focusing on high protein foods. One of my asian co-workers, recommend "fish balls', so bought a large bag of them, a small serving, like 6, amounts to 14 grams of protein. So I'd eat 12. YUCK! Have tried drowning in soy sauce, hot sauce, even hot mustard. Still hard to chow down. But...I have to admit, I don't hate them nearly as much as I first did. Maybe they've destroyed my taste buds

I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

None, really. Maybe I'm just fortunate, but I really like all the stuff that I know is good for me, and all the stuff that I know is good for me, I like.
Probably the last thing I ever consumed that I had to just hold my nose and choke down was Weider (sorry, Joe, R.I.P.) Beef Protein Powder (I know, I know...........wth was I thinking back then?)
ugh.............stuff wouldn't mix with anything, even in a high-speed blender, and tasted like melted plastic smells.
If you don't enjoy the yogurt you bought, try putting some honey in it and see if it's more tolerable. No brain, no gain.

i don't keep honey at home, but i read online that sorbet works...so i'll try that. or else ill take some honey from work...if i can remember. ultimately not a big deal haha just 2 more cups of that ****
seriously eggs are probably my single favorite food. hard boiled, scrambled, over easy, fritata, flan, deviled...**** i love eggs.
i don't even need salt! i can scrambled them in a pan with a little oil or butter and eat with bread, or hard boiled...of course a little salt or soy is nice, but hardly needed
