I tore one off during deads this weak and I figure they're getting too brittle now. Has anyone got something they use to remove them?

Good hand-care video, fairly relevant (especially with prevention, but I think he mentions using a pumice stone or similar to remove calluses).

I heat my hands up in the shower, and when there soft I use a razor to trim them down. Be careful but you do have to apply a decent amount of pressure. After, I use a file or sandpaper to smooth them off then some hand lotion. Do this every couple weeks and it helps a ton. I rarely use straps and play baseball without batting gloves so my hands get really beat up. Hope this helps
