Started at about 135 2 summers ago, got up to 200, cut down to 175 with around 7.5%bf ( electronic hand held thing, not calipers )

It's a long road, but itll be worth it
I recommend (and get a lot of **** for) doing a 5 day splie meaning chest, back,shoulders,legs,arms. However, After i complete doing my entire body if the next day i feel like doing chest and bi's i will do it and adjust accordingly. I wish i would have looked at bulking more as a diet than just eating whatever, i feel my gains would have been much better if i kept a closer eye. I pretty much did Iffym, but not really, i just went for 40/40/40 protein carb fat and tried to keep it clean
