    ~2 Year transformation brews

    Started at about 135 2 summers ago, got up to 200, cut down to 175 with around 7.5%bf ( electronic hand held thing, not calipers )

    I'm about your size atm. I take C4 Pre workout creatine pre and after and Whey after. What routine would you recommend to gain muscle mass? Also did you follow a food plan? Any mistakes you made you wished you realized earlier thanks man nice transformation!

    I can give someone a 8-12Week of Test/Oral & will be bigger than you than what you put in a year.

    You can be lighter than someone but being on gear will give you Full 3'D Dense muscle + doing a prep cut guys weighin 150-160 look massive.

    I recommend (and get a lot of **** for) doing a 5 day splie meaning chest, back,shoulders,legs,arms. However, After i complete doing my entire body if the next day i feel like doing chest and bi's i will do it and adjust accordingly. I wish i would have looked at bulking more as a diet than just eating whatever, i feel my gains would have been much better if i kept a closer eye. I pretty much did Iffym, but not really, i just went for 40/40/40 protein carb fat and tried to keep it clean
