how do you spend your day tobias? now that im on no game i find it hard to kill free time. when nothing is on tv i go watch a movie or read a book and sleep throughout the day. feels kinda boring but at least im not spending 6 hours a day playing dota2

im happy with my willpower so far
-no alcohol 6 months +
-no porn 1 month
-no fap 9 days
-no game 1 month
-no drugs 6 months +
-no shampoo over 4 months

Unfortunately, I've replaced a lot of the time I used to spend gaming on the internet. On the productive side; responding to emails, youtube comments & PM's, reading online articles and keeping up with this thread etc. On the unproductive side looking at Misc threads (trolling ones especially), watching youtube videos and videos from internet reviewers I follow.

Apart from that I work out (home gym), read and I'm also trying to get my own personal web space up and running. A Man Against Mediocrity FB page, for example. I would say I practise keyboard, but I don't practice enough to consider it a consistent activity.

-No alcohol 90 days (I had a pint with a friend)
-No Porn/Fap/Edging/Orgasm 282 days
-No Gaming 81 days (I'm on my chains.cc page so my last value was false)
-No sweets/chocolate 300 days
-No drugs for life
-I shampoo only once every 2 weeks, but use leave-in conditioner every other shower.

Relapsed and back on DAY 1 TODAY

Last time i tried no fap was this past summer for 3 weeks. Placebo or not i felt great. Givin it another shot since this weekend i went clubbing and took a girl home and wasnt able to get hard 100% and i know its cus of too much porn lately.

It probably is but somehow after a week of no fap my throat clears and by the 20 day mark SA goes. It just seems to be the only thing that works for me. Tried a whole bunch of meds and had no luck but long streaks on no fap do the trick.

Been doing this chit since April last year so am determined to make it to the full reboot 90-150 days

Your brain needs to rebalance, which takes time and varies for everyone. For some the deed is done after 60 days, for others 30, for others 200 days.
The 90 days threshold was first mentioned on YBOP and derived from what seems to be the 'average' time (again, it's subjective) their audience needed to rebalance.

It all depends on your starting point, imo. Do not confuse a temporary high with a rebalanced brain... that's where I always fail.

No, I haven't. I keep meaning to record a video for my stance on benefits, I have other ideas in the works but I need to do research on the subject matters first.

I'm actually in the process of creating an official Man Against Mediocrity youtube channel, will upload any videos I create on Nofap there but all this is very new to me and it's taking longer to get everything under way than I originally anticipated. And all the while the views on my 250 day Vlog are increasing (I'd prefer it if they were increasing on a MaM channel haha )
