Squat ~390
Bench ~ 225 (deloaded a sh*t ton to even out my bench/row ratio.)
Deadlift ~395
Total ~1010
This is an estimation from an online 1Rep calculator.. So I'm not putting all my apples into the accuracy basket. Also, a very conservative bench number being I have forced myself to drop weight to even out the imbalance between my front and back.Michael Jordan lifted every day...

Been lifting consistently since September of last year (2012). Before then I went 3-4x a month whenever I wasn't feeling lazy, and half-assed around because I had no idea what I was doing.
I also didn't start training legs until January of this year.
Bench: 220
Squat: 275
Deadlift: 375
Total - 870
