NP. I made that mistake when i first started out with cars. I wouldve probably taken the chance on it had they NOT did a bunch of work to it already. Cars to look out for that can lead to profit are cars that crank but dont fire(spark/fuel), Cars that only click but dont crank(Starter/dead battery), Cars that run rough, stall etc( IAC, Tune up, sensors). I tend to completely stay away from cars that have overheating issues as overheating the car is bad enough in the first place. Buy cheap as you can typically get $300-400 at a junkyard for it. Most cars i buy and flip are around the $500-600 mark.

i always read up on all these scams and how buyers try to bone you... i.e how someone posted earlier about the wifi camera..
mind you i am a newbie..
what are some ways to prove that you are away on what you are shipping and to let the buyer know he is aware on getting the right stuff so he cant pull the.. "not the same thing" crap..
like take pictures of putting it into box? (i know their are ways that a picture cant prove much)..
write down the serial number on item if it has one for records and to send to buyer..
what are some things you guys do to try to ensure that you both are fully aware on the product to avoid getting screwed over** KNEE DRAGGERS UNITE **

I can't really say there is an average, as I'm kinda constantly doing different things. But I've probably done a good 100 phones by now. Profits ranging from like $40-$230, most commonly ~$90. I've made a couple pretty sweet connections. My limits are 200 items/$10,000 sales, but I'm going to try to get that raised again soon.

Finally got my latest shipment from China. Took ****ing ages. Now im worried that no one is going to buy them as they are kind of a seasonal item. But ive only just put the listing up and already sold two so fingers crossed.
Im selling Onesies (not too bothered about sharing this, you'll be fighting a losing battle if you want to copy me and start selling these now, ship has pretty much sailed tbh) :
