Yeah I better start doing them. I just turned 40 and I just get these pains all of a sudden. Like the other day, I was walking to get coffee and my hips started to hurt. I'm like wtf!?!?!?!

I know it's sucks because none of them burger joints are close by the podunk town I live now.
BRB driving 1 hour to eat Outback/Olive Garden/Red Lobster etc..

I got jet lag like woah. Alot more spicks/beaners/wetbacks than I remember when I came back in July last year. Just ate 2 Alberto's carne asada burritos. I think I'm gonna go lift at the mecca tomorrow with my little cousin then go buy me some more string wife beaters. Time for a nap then off to the hood to Pico Blvd back to Fox Studios to finalize my contract with fox and go eat yard house with my lawyer for some mac n cheese and tangerine beer in pasadena.
Let's put a smile on that face :)

company invited a TCM (traditional chinese medicine) practioner to come to the office for 2 days. Gotten 2 rounds of electric shock therapy on my knees why everyone else bished about how tired they were all the time and the doctor had to tell them to stop drinking smoking sleep more than 5 hours a night and move their lazy arse from time to time.
knees feel a bit better. Went hard on leg extensions which normally hurt my knees but didn't feel a thing.
who would have thought attaching electrodes to myself and geting shocked for 15 minutes would be so helpful

Lol. Im getting out the red cannon!
I barely got in the gym this week cause it's spring break for my son. But weight is still dropping from the cut. Though I'm thinking I probably should have just ate at maintenance this week since I'm not lifting. Probably lost some muscle.My vids

Good Friday guys,
My shoulders feel a lot better so I'm going to do some deload shoulders and traps today. Keep it at 60% of max.
Next week I'm starting on my cut. Gonna take about 1700 calories a day. Yep I'm gonna be a whining bit*ch for three months.
Oh and I finally ordered Versa Gripps. I lost my lifting straps a few weeks ago. I hate not having them.
