I have included my DEXA Scan results in the original post. Results are for the Week 0, Week 12 and the end of my cut.
I am extremely happy with the amount of fat lost and muscle retained! Happy days!

Yep I try to be as consistent and compliant as possible without driving myself insane. It felt like nothing happened for a long time and then BAM results weekly, you can do it!Originally Posted by nycag04
