Tbh your completely exaggerating iifym no one eats just sugar and butter. Personally I get my protein and fats from good solid foods and shakes. But my carbs are usually 50:50 starches to sugars.
It's how you interpret iifym it's more how you make the diet work for you. Obviously if your planning on competing in the near future iifym is not for you.
