Prepare
Each minute you spend in preparation saves at least five to ten minutes worth of catching up. Get out ahead of yourself. Prepare for what is coming next. When opportunities come your way they won't wait until you to get ready for them. You must already be prepared to meet the challenges and quickly seize those opportunities, or they'll leave you behind.
Preparation makes the difference between merely offering empty promises and really being able to deliver. Those who are prepared can deliver right away. Those who are not can only try. Guess who comes out on top!
What can you do right now to prepare for tomorrow? Each day, every time you can, make the extra effort to better prepare yourself. It is time well invested, which begins to pay dividends almost immediately. Prepare ahead, work ahead, and you'll surely get ahead.

What will it accomplish?
Life is too precious to waste. Time is too valuable to squander. And yet, out of habit or carelessness, too often we put our time and energy into efforts which have no prospect of accomplishing anything.
What positive, useful result has ever been attained by vindictiveness? Is anyone ever truly elevated by putting someone else down? Certainly there is a place for constructive, thoughtful criticism, but what purpose does name calling achieve?
Empty pursuits such as these are all too common. Ironically, they bring the most harm upon those who carry them out. They waste time, they waste life, and they put the focus on destructive negativity.
Before taking any action ask yourself this one simple question. What will it accomplish? Stay away from empty pursuits which have no chance of bringing results. Even if you succeed at those, you fail. Instead, put your efforts where they will make a positive difference, and reap the happy benefits of your wisdom.M O O N spells LBM

Live your purpose
When you believe in something and are committed to it, you will find a way to achieve it. Wealth and skill with no clear purpose will always, in the end, yield to the undeniable strength of an effort which is dictated and directed by genuine commitment and belief.
The challenge of accomplishment is to build and maintain a solid connection between the mechanics of achievement and the driving purpose which compels that accomplishment.
It is not enough to know what you desire. You must know, without a doubt and in all sincerity, why you desire it. And you must be committed to that reason, with all the best you have to give. Then it will happen.
Look beyond the goals and get in touch with the purposes from which they spring. Put the power of belief and commitment behind your actions. Live your purpose and you'll be living very well indeed.M O O N spells LBM

Weary
Your weariness is not an excuse to quit. It is a confirmation that you're making progress. Sustained, effective effort can be tiring indeed, and yet the rewards of that effort are great.
Though effort will make you tired and weary, the lack of effort is far worse and ultimately much more tiring. The weariness that comes from honest, effective effort will quickly be soothed by a good rest. The weariness that comes from aimless drifting knows no such relief.
Rest when you're weary. Refresh and renew yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work. The effort is difficult. That's what makes it worthwhile. Focus on the objective and move steadily forward. Keep going until the job is done and the goal is accomplished. Your weariness is evidence that you're already paying the price. Make sure you stick around to reap the eventual rewards.M O O N spells LBM

Forgive and live free
Have you ever carried a grudge for a long time, and then finally let it go? What a sense of relief it can bring when you decide to forgive.
There is a cleansing and refreshing freedom which comes from forgiveness. When you've been hurt, does it make sense to perpetuate the hurt? No, of course not. No one would want to do that. And yet we are often so reluctant to forgive.
Forgiving someone does not mean you must trust them or allow them into a position where they can hurt you again. Forgiveness means simply moving on. Forgiveness does not have to make you any less vigilant or any more vulnerable. Forgiveness does not mean that what happened was acceptable. It means that you've chosen to no longer let it hold you back.
There is no real continuing benefit which comes from being a victim. Practice forgiveness and you'll free your spirit to live positively each day, unburdened by the past mistakes of others.M O O N spells LBM

Move on ahead
In every setback is the opportunity to pick yourself up and the energy to move to an even higher level than before. The more the bowstring is pulled back, the faster the arrow will fly. The more you are pushed back, the more potential you can develop for moving forward.
When they appear, the setbacks seem devastating. And yet, even in despair you can feel the raw energy, ready and waiting to be applied in a positive direction. True, that energy can take you down even further if you let it. Make the choice, instead, to move forward with it.
With every fall comes an opportunity. It is up to you to seize that opportunity and to come back even stronger than before. Success is not a function of how many times you fall, but of how fast you get back up. When you're able to recover quickly enough, the setbacks will actually propel you forward. Get right back up, and you'll see you've been dealt a great opportunity.M O O N spells LBM

Welcome the feelings
When you can accept and even welcome your feelings, they lose their power over you. Do you feel lousy today? Instead of making that something to fight against, let it be. Accept that you feel lousy, and suddenly it's not so bad. That negative feeling begins to fall away from you when you loosen your grip on it.
Your feelings help you to perceive, understand and interact with the world. They are yours to experience, to learn from and to enjoy. Accept them all. Welcome them all. Fighting against them or resenting them does not make them go away. In fact it gives them more power.
Welcome your feelings. Experience them and then let flow on along. Each one is a positive confirmation that you're fully alive. Each one can help you to understand yourself. Let them fill your life. Don't let them dominate it.
Each day you'll move forward past a whole lot of different feelings. See them as milestones along the way, not there to slow you down, but to keep you moving positively ahead.M O O N spells LBM

Responsibility
The things for which you are responsible are the things over which you have control. If you attempt to seize control, you'll be met with fierce resistance. Yet when you offer to accept responsibility, you'll be welcomed with open arms.
Lots of people are quick to claim "it's not my responsibility." By so doing, they deny themselves the best opportunities. If you desire to have an influence, if you desire to make an impact, you must be willing to take responsibility.
Those who fail to exercise their responsibilities quickly lose them. Those who step up and take responsibility when no one else is willing to do so, consistently expand their level of influence and authority.
Influence, effectiveness and achievement are earned, and responsibility is a critical part of the process. Any time there's a need for someone to take responsibility, there's an enormous opportunity. Those who have the foresight to accept it will rise quickly to ever-increasing success.M O O N spells LBM

What is right
You can endure almost anything when you know what you're doing is right. You can find a way to rise to any challenge, accomplish any objective, transcend any obstacle when you know you're doing the right thing.
Are you doing what is right? Is it right for the person you are? Is it right for those you love? Is it right for the beliefs you hold? Is it right for the goals you have set for yourself? Is it right for the world in which you live?
Doing what is right will harness the full power of your being. Doing what is right will put truth and goodness on your side. Doing what is right will leave you with no need to make excuses or to suffer regret.
With every action, with every contemplation, with every decision, ask yourself a simple and powerful question. Is it right? Put your time and energy into doing what is right; the resulting efforts will be powerful, effective and fulfilling.M O O N spells LBM

Triumph from tragedy
When you experience misfortune, or when another person wrongs you, or when you find yourself in difficult circumstances, you can choose to be a victim. You can choose to solicit sympathy and to feel sorry for yourself. You can choose to take comfort in the knowledge that someone else is responsible for your troubles.
Or you can choose to pick yourself up and move yourself forward. You can refuse to allow yourself to be a victim. Others may hurt you. Circumstances may work against you. Tragedy may come your way. Yet none of this means you must consent to be a victim.
Choose to make triumph rise from tragedy. Choose to make every defeat a temporary one on the way to ultimate victory. Rather than being skilled at complaining and collecting excuses, become skilled at adapting and turning even the most difficult circumstances in your favor. Every opportunity to be a victim is also an opportunity to move ahead. The path you choose is up to you.M O O N spells LBM

All the way
Success requires that you go the distance. Results depend not only on what you start to do, but on what you complete. Accomplishment depends not on what you intend to do, but on what you actually get done.
Wishing, hoping, planning, and trying will not by themselves get you there. Your persistence, your commitment, your actions are what will bring the success you seek.
The world is full of those with great ideas and big plans. Unfortunately, too many of those ideas are never fully explored. Too many of those plans are never completely implemented.
Dream big dreams. Make big plans. And then take the actions which will make those dreams a reality. Give real time and effort to your best intentions and you'll transform them into accomplishment.M O O N spells LBM

It's your life
When you blame others for your problems, you give up your ability to solve them. Do you really want to do that?
No matter who may have done what, your best strategy is to take responsibility for it. Though it may be their fault, it's your life. Don't depend on those who have hurt you in the past to help you in the future. Forget about who is to blame. Focus on what is to be done.
If you're not satisfied with your circumstances, it's up to you to change them for the better. Certainly there are many things outside your control. Accept them, adjust for them, and put your efforts into moving forward as a result of your own thoughts, your own actions.
The energy it would take to blame and hold a grudge can be used instead to make a positive difference. Rather than perpetuating something unpleasant in your past, choose to leave it behind. Create your future the way you would like it to be.M O O N spells LBM

Choose your response
We often say things such as "She makes me furious. He makes me nervous. This job stresses me out. That's driving me crazy." As true as such statements may seem, they're not accurate.
When you are angry, or nervous, stressful, fearful, offended or excited, it's due to a choice you have made. The other person or situation does not make you that way. You have chosen to respond that way.
Most such responses are so familiar they've become automatic. Yet they don't have to be. They depend on your choices, and you control those choices.
The way you respond to every situation is up to you. When making that choice, it pays to consider what will happen as a result of that choice and to ask yourself if it will have a positive impact on your life. You can choose to respond in whatever way you wish. So rather than putting those responses on auto-pilot, select those which will move your life, and the world in which you live, positively forward.M O O N spells LBM

Every step
Even the most difficult challenge can be broken down into finite, easily accomplished steps. People who only take some of those steps will fall short of the goal. Those who are willing to take all the steps will enjoy success.
Some people will often take a few steps and then stop, complaining about how unfair life is. Others will take some steps in one direction, grow bored, and then start off in another direction, only to become disillusioned.
The only way to success is to go all the way to success. Take one step after another until you are there. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. It doesn't take exceptional strength to get it done. What it takes is desire and commitment. You have them if you choose to use them.
The path to any success is in front of you, and you are free to travel that path, one step at a time. Each step is within your reach. It's up to you to take them all, every one of them.M O O N spells LBM

Shatter your limitations
One reason challenge is so valuable is that it forces you beyond the artificial limitations you have set for yourself and maintained for so long.
Is there something you've told yourself you cannot do? Is there something you've told yourself you're just no good at? What if you had no choice? What if there was no one else to do it?
Maybe the reason you could never do it is because you've never really needed to. Most of the things you tell yourself you cannot do are really things you've chosen not to do. The artificial limitations you've set for yourself stand firm because you've never had an urgent need to go beyond them.
A compelling enough challenge can change that. Find something challenging and meaningful enough to make you forget your doubts and you'll move on past your old limitations.
What have you told yourself you cannot do? Find a strong enough reason, and not only can you do it, you will.M O O N spells LBM

Great experience
Experience is something that can never be taken away from you. Though the material things you possess will rust, fade, peel, crack, break and become obsolete, the experiences you live through will stay with you always.
Every day is filled with so many opportunities to experience the richness of life. Yet it's all too easy to get into comfortable habits and fail to take advantage of those opportunities.
The greatest treasures you'll ever have are the moments you spend living life fully, moments spent with those you love and care about, moments lived passionately in pursuit of a vision, a dream or an accomplishment.
As you go through this day, keep in mind what an incredible, irreplaceable, great experience life is. Wherever you go, whatever your circumstance, fill the moments with meaning and richness. Today is a special day, a day to be alive. Live it with joy, with wonder and intensity. Your great experience is happening now.M O O N spells LBM

Self discipline
Self discipline is the way to turn your intentions into reality. Self discipline is the way to transform your weaknesses into strengths. Without discipline, even when you know what you want, you're unable to achieve it. Without discipline, even though you know what you don't want, you're unable to avoid it.
Self discipline is essential to living life on your own terms. It takes effort, it takes determination, it takes sacrifice, yet it is not a punishment. Rather, it is a fulfillment, the means to reaching your highest and best possibilities.
How do you "get" self discipline? You already have it. It involves nothing more than controlling your own actions, and you've been doing that since you were a child. To discipline yourself, you simply must decide to do it. The powerful tool of self discipline is yours to use whenever you're ready to start living life on your own terms.M O O N spells LBM
