Right now 185, but definitely not as lean as I'd like to be. I'm going to keep my calories around 2800-3000 without exception and try to crush some PRs soon nuff I feel like I've stalled a bit since my weight has not really moved as fast as I expect.
My best gains were right after my cut from 166-180 I was crushing PRs like a boss but its grinnded to a halt.My Workout Journal:

Sickening session! What % bf do you think you are atm?
I'm gonna wait til i'm about 175-180 before starting another bulk, though if I think I'm starting to look aesthetic when I get there and not too skinny I may try to get leaner than I ever have.BJJ / Greyskull LP log

Yeah definitely Pyaarawala!
I'm really just doing this short bulk for my own sanity lol. I'll cut probably at the end of march. I'm currently at 175 and look like my profile pic right now in terms of leanness. Cutting down to 165-170 not 100 percent sure; probably 165.
Yeah, you're definitely right. Thank you Datfox!
Hey Harry! I'm thinking I'm around 14-15 percent BF currently. I look like my avi pic right now.
I hear u tho I just weighed in today at 175 but I think I'm going to shoot for somewhere between 165-170 before summer. My log

I'm page bumping this for those that use the 50 post per page setup.
What kind of belt are you using? I like the squats form looks awesome, and I am jealous that you actually can squat I miss it believe it or not. Even though most days squats and I don't get along I wish I could get back to doing them soon. Deadlift form looks a lot better than it did a few months ago man. Keep up the good work! When does the summer cut start?Last edited by HunterMC6; 02-17-2013 at 08:40 AM.

Longest deadlift set EVER! Haha. Form is better though for sure. I don't know how you take so long. I have to psyche myself up so much for that weekly top set that I just need to kick the sh!t out of it for 30 seconds and be done with it.
Squats looked real controlled. Good to see you've maintained your squat strength despite the cut. Do you think you'll get 3 plates soon?Powerlifter 160/100/195/455kg @ 91.55

Thanks Hunter! I got an Inzer belt
Lol and yeah I believe it! Whenever I deload I'm itching to get back to the gym ASAP, I can only imagine what it feels like to have an injury that prevents you from doing heavy lifts . Get better soon man. I want to see some more solid progress in your log!
Summer cut may start sometime in March. I don't wanna do it...but I wanna be sexy lol.
Yeah IK right!!! Lol I plan to fix that with my next ID session.
Thanks Ginja! With progression following 5lbs every ID I should be at the 3 plate squat next week !My log

Volume Day
Morning weight = 172 lbs.
Squats
270x5x5
I bumped these up. They still felt good. I'll stay here for at least 2 sessions.
Bench Press
210x5x5
These felt OK. I'll keep them here for another session at least.
OHP
120x5x5
These were easy. I'll see how they feel next week. If they're too easy again I'll bump em up 5lbs.
Deficit DLs
135x3x8
BB Rows
155x3x8
I tried to really minimize hip extension on these to get the most out of them.
BB Curls
90x3x6
Decline Sit ups
35x2x12
35x1x10
I also just finished recovery day, but nothing exciting there. BW Pull ups, OHP, and light squats.Last edited by Sinaku5; 02-19-2013 at 03:41 PM.

Squat form looked excellent Musid. That weight is good for you. Really nice form on the pendlay rows as well --- you kept extra movement to a minimum. That's a great way to really hit the whole length of the lats as well as the mid back, tris and rear delts
OHPs looked too easy!
The benching was a bit looser, probably because you were going faster than normal. Still looked good

Squats on that last day looked very good I thought.
How long do your workouts usually take you?"I've walked across the surface of the sun, seen events so tiny and so fast that they hardly can be said to have occurred at all. But you, Adrian...are just a man. And the world's smartest man poses no greater threat to me than does its smartest termite."

Great session man, huge volume on those days. Probably where the name comes from..
as for OHP i implore you not to make any jumps higher than you need. I ****ING hate OHP, makes me feel like the biggest weak ******* to ever walk the earth.
Brb only able to get 5 reps with 47.5kg.. brb jumping off a bridge because life isn't worth living as a weak *******.
Next time i bulk i'm going to either change my programming for OHP so I can focus on progressing linearly or just drop it altogetherBJJ / Greyskull LP log

Thank you Andrew!
Thanks Nadeem! Yeah I'm using bench and OHP on both volume and Intensity for now.
Lol right on!
Thanks!
Lol I thought you would.
Thanks Michael!
Thanks Juggz! Yeah it was really easy - I hear you on being careful on increasing the weight tho. I'm going to increase it because it was ridiculously easy tbh.
Thanks brother! Workouts usually take 1.5-2 hours. I made that session quicker because I was in a hurry.
Lol. ohhhh the pressure again. I'm going to keep it at 270 for now - seems like it'll allow progression for a bit longer on ID.
Lol. Thanks Harry! Yeah OHP is a bish - I kind of want to try some sort of 5/3/1 programming for it because it can allow for such small progression and thats exactly what OHP needs; is slow progression.
Thanks Pyaarawala! Yeah it wasn't tough. But it seems like good volume for now.My log

Intensity Day
Intensity Day
Squats
310x1x5
I had a goof up here - the weight on the second rep jumped onto my traps and off my lower back somehow so it became EXTREMELY difficult. The other reps from their were so much tougher after that mishap, but I got it...I'm shooting for 3 plates next time!
BB Bench
240x1x4
I got my wrist straps here. Threw them on like a dumbass all of it around my wrists, so there was no support between my hands and wrists lol. I'll put them on right next time.
DL
345x1x5
I used a closer stance - like Ginja talked about and these went ok.
Chin-ups
35x3x6
Note: The entire workout seemed tough. Going in I was beat and tired and muscles were achy so I didn't think itd be a great session. Had a rough few days prior to this but I'll shoot for 240x1x5 next time on the bench and increase the weight on the other lifts. Btw - does anyone know a good warm-up scheme? I almost feel like I want to do multiple sets of my heaviest weight. For example, when I'm done with my first or second set of my volume lifts on VD I feel better than I did with my earlier sets. Any thoughts/ideas on that?
Also - I've been having 3k calories a day last week. I threw in my body media and found out that last week I burned 3017 calories - soooo I was in a deficit - which probably explains some of the tiredness, etc.
No vids today Next time!My log
