    My mind is being blown by these numbers... I'm male, 5'7" and ~130 lbs.; should I be concerned if I can gain weight (bulk) at around 1750 cals per day?

    5'11 and 198 now. Cutting at right around 2,000 calories a day, usually slightly less. Started January at 205 so losing a little over a pound a week so seems to be the appropriate amount so far.

    Activity levels vary everyday due to sports. I just eyeball what I eat and notice better results whether it be cutting or bulking opposed to counting my macros.
