Launch 4350 Day 7: Shoulders
Workout was okay. I only had a total of 6 hours of sleep the past 2 days and didn't really have the energy to workout. I was hoping Launch would help me through my workout, and in some ways it did. The focus was still there and it enabled me to add reps to my Shoulder Dumbbell Press. But the lack of sleep just caught up with me and the energy and endurance was just not there anymore. I had to cut my workout short. Still happy with Shoulder Dumbbell Press though.

Launch 4350 Day 11: Back/Biceps
02/10/2013
I really liked how I felt doing low reps/high weights last workout that I decided to do it again today. I added 1 rep on my first and second sets on chin ups but lost some while doing standing dumbbell curls. As always, as long as I'm progressing on my compound lifts, I'm happy. No jitters today from Launch. I think yesterday's jitters was due to me having coffee too close to my workout. Pumps were surprisingly good today too.

Launch 4350 Day 13: Legs
02/14/2013
Hurt my lower back at work yesterday. Nothing serious but at my age, a little pain can get out of hand really quick, so I decided to not do deadlifts today and take it easy with the weights. I'm actually thinking of moving deadlifts on back days. I did ATG squats with just the bar, then with just a 25lbs plate on my chest, then bodyweight squats. Focus, energy, and enurance were still on point but I still decided to cut down on other sources of caffeine, just in case I become stim-tolerant. Pumps, which I think is Launch's biggest weakness was great today as well. I think it's partly due to the amount of reps I did.
