People talking about fad diets to loose weight at work.
Errr.....I dropped a 100 freaking lbs over the last two years & you work with me every day.
I guess keeping $3 measuring cups & a $4 scale in your cube along with maintaining a myfitnesspal account is way harder & expensive than reading a $20 book full of bro-science.
Oh well.
When THAT doesn't help them I will.
If they are ready.

"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

Nerve damage/sickness in my occipital nerves (primary sensory nerves for most of your head) that affects lots of other nerves too. Basicly 24/7 headaches in varying degrees but always there.
So kinda like migraines just 24/7 along with random nerve pain spikes around the body and tons of other weird stuff

Mostly its just pure pain, but some days it likes to throw in dizziness, confusion, extreme fatigue, nerve pain in various body parts etc. think last count I was up to like 26 different things that have happened along with the pain in the last 3 years.
But on the bright side, nothing makes the pain worse nor better of course. But no light sensitivity, noise etc. that comes along with migraines etc. and thankfully heavy exercise dont make it worse.

None taken, I would take migraine over this any day. Being able to pop a pill when you feel it coming and laying down to avoid the worst of it sounds like a dream to me
Having no triggers is nice, but when it comes with the cost where even morphine dont dull the pain its a pricey one. Only thing that worked was getting 5ml of anesthetic injecting directly into the 2 occipital nerves, but in the end that caused more nerve damage so they had to stop. Amazing pain on getting a needle shoved into a already sore nerve and spread in a fan motion while hearing the needle scrape on the bone of yer skull tho.
