You can usually get shirts in some of the promos on here. As far as stores, most of the time you can get them when there's a special like buy x product and get free shirt.

Going to keep the diet today the same as yesterday. Today will be a rest day; but i might go to some cardio if i can get to the gym. Feeling a little sore from yesterdays workout; which is a good thing, haven't been sore if a while. Also hoping this rest day will help me get a new bench PR tomorrow, I'm quite close to my goal.
Downside of today is that no mail comes on Sunday. Hopefully i'll have 2 or 3 packages waiting for me Monday, though.
Edit:
Went to the gym and got some cardio in after all. Did 7 miles on the bike (around 30 minutes) and did a quarter mile sprint on the treadmill. The goal was to burn some calories and get sweating without ruining my legs for squats tomorrow. I think i did so pretty successfully .Last edited by kingnickandnate; 01-27-2013 at 12:34 PM.

Yea I checked my mailbox yesterday hoping there would be something there since nothing was at my door. Nothing there either but the lights were on in the mail room and it was almost 8PM so I thought that was weird cuz usually the guy is gone before 5 and I saw boxes lying around and thought man that better not be mine and this dude is just holding then hostage!

It's a mix of everything. The name they put on it is "body mechanics." I live in a small town, but we're known for our high school football, so the class is basically built around the football and wrestling team. It's basically teaching the basics and compound exercises to new kids, while letting the experienced lifters do what they want.

It helps out a lot. Between school, homework, work, and maintaining some sort of social life, i don't have much time to workout. Lol. Having a class at school designated to exactly what i need is perfect. And i have it 5th hour (last class of the day), so i can finish up the class and just stay after and lift after school - works out great . But that's why my logs have a double workout sometimes.

If its a small college they most likely don't have a class that's more bodybuilding style but they prob have sumthing called bodypump or sumthing like it with another name that's very light weight and high reps that they pretty much do the whole body. Bodybuilders will scoff at it but it burns like crazy even though the weight is very light

Well, today started off differently than planned. School got cancelled because of the snow (Michigan), so i can't workout at school today. Looks like ill be doing it all at home; we'll see what happens .
