Soo after 12 weeks (oct22-jan13) (half spent cutting) i've gained 6" on chest, 2.4" on arms, 1.6" forearm and 0.8" on calves while i've lost 3.1" on hips, 3.1" on waist, 1.6" on thighs.
Pretty happy with that so far, gonna be fun to see how far those viking genes goes
