I see people are giving you crap. I think they are missing the point. Not to say good nutrition isn't important bulking to most, but Jackl should be able to cut down with this. This eliminates 'good cal bad cal' BS, sugar making you fat BS, broscience that you must eat "clean" and 5-6xs/day BS, and IDK what Paleos stance on dairy is other than they are against it besides when it is in whey (
).

lmao... Actually nooo, people would be much less impressed with someone going from fairly chubby to fairly lean than they would be by where I am at down to fkn shredded as hell. Most of the criticism I heard early on was that yes maybe I could shed some fat, but never get that low. Thats why I made the 2nd vid...
