    no because food cholesterol has basically 0 affect on blood cholesterol if there isnt a pre-existing condition. So it is of no consequence to me; unless I alreay have an issue, then it could flush it out

    I see people are giving you crap. I think they are missing the point. Not to say good nutrition isn't important bulking to most, but Jackl should be able to cut down with this. This eliminates 'good cal bad cal' BS, sugar making you fat BS, broscience that you must eat "clean" and 5-6xs/day BS, and IDK what Paleos stance on dairy is other than they are against it besides when it is in whey ( ).

    I'm excited for this and that other guy that ate KFC & Cinnamon toast crunch and slimmed down. People refuse to believe you can lose as long as you create a caloric deficit.
