May sound like a dumb question but this is something I have been curious about? Say I eat something that is 400 calories, does my body absorb all of those 400 calories or are a portion of them pissed or shi*t out, and if so how much do u lose.

haha, i've wondered the same thing before. I've assumed the same thing, that once your body gets all it needs of everthing anything in excess just turns to sh*t. So I suppose if you aren't crapping very much you are either in a calorie defecit/your body is buring pretty much everything you put in your body?
