    Does your body absorbe all the calories that u eat or are some calories sh*t out

    May sound like a dumb question but this is something I have been curious about? Say I eat something that is 400 calories, does my body absorb all of those 400 calories or are a portion of them pissed or shi*t out, and if so how much do u lose.

    I believe that sh*t is what's left after your body has processed all the calories(nutrients, etc etc) out and you poop what is not usable by your body. Therefore, my guess is that poop is calorie free!

    haha, i've wondered the same thing before. I've assumed the same thing, that once your body gets all it needs of everthing anything in excess just turns to sh*t. So I suppose if you aren't crapping very much you are either in a calorie defecit/your body is buring pretty much everything you put in your body?
