    Malto question

My 'ultra fuel' sayes it's a complex carb on the label but it is used for rapid repleneshing after exercise. can I mix some up and sip it slowly throughout the day without causing an insulin rush?
I know from experience that if you drink to much too fast your blood sugar drops and out go the lights!!!

    Yeah that's fine.

Although the gi doesn't change the amount that your blood sugar rises is dependant on the amount of carbs that you consume.

It's not good for your teeth though drinking that often.
