    Recently switched to Paleo

I noticed that when I started Paleo I never had a cold or fever which is great but...I feel like I have less energy. Do you have any tips for me? Not sure if I should continue Paleo now because I feel really sleepy most of the time

You said you only recently switched to Paleo, so why would you use not getting a cold as evidence for Paleo benefits?

Sounds like it's not a good diet for you if you feel tired.

    Try something else.

If you just recently switched then your body could still be adapting to relying on less carbs and relying on a new energy system - fats. However, if the diet is making you feel like crap then ditch it. No real benefit if you don't feel better than your old diet, because I can tell you now that your small sample size with time and a lack of a cold or fever isn't a benefit.
