I recently finished my 2 month long bulk. This bulk was focused on strength. So I trained within 80% to 100% of my 1RM and made serious strength gains. Bench went from 200lbs bench to 253lbs. Now it's time for my cut since I feel fat as fuark. I am 5'8 and weigh 195lbs (started at 154lbs).
Since the bulk after this cut will be focusing on bodybuilding (mass), is it okay if I bodybuild my entire cut as well? Or should I keep the strength training that I did on my bulk? I was thinking of 5x5, but will this cause me to lose my 1rm on my bench?
