    It depends on your current level of fitness... Beginners can make more gains with bodyweight exercises than someone that has been training for a long time... Plus you can target more specific muscles with weight training... I agree with the guy above about focusing on overload training and continuing to try to push heavier weights!

    Personally I do a little of both 👍

    Definitely weight training. Progress requires progressive overload, and the only way to do progressive overload with body weight training is to increase reps, and there are scientifically proven rep ranges that maximize hypertrophy (8-12 for hypertrophy).

    You'd be wrong about the rep range bit by... A lot...
    3-20 would be better. Though still probably inaccurate
