Hey guys, I'm pretty deep into a cut and I wanted to ask something:
Is there a way to play around with stubborn body fat distribution?
I'm quite experienced with cutting, but each time I have to cut down extremely low (sunken face, thin skin and extreme vascularity around my arms, shoulders and chest) in order to have some kind of a flat stomach.
I know that the general consensus is that it's impossible to play with this, but I am literally astonished every time I see guys at the gym with full faces + soft shoulders/backs but with really flat stomachs!
Like, if I would be wearing a tanktop, judging by my vascularity and definition everybody would assume that I have the most chiseled abs while in reality the opposite is true!
Is it common for guys to deal with this? I don't know anyone that has it this bad. Is it even worth to cut that deep?
Thanks!!!!!

Not everyone loses body fat in the same areas at the same point percentage points. Certain body parts are generally accepted to go first or last, but typically the body seeks to pull large stores first then gradually decrease across all areas. For you, you likely need to keep building up that abdominal wall.

Lol. I was thinking someone would point that out. But it’s not flat.
Also, it’s not visible on the pic but the skin of my face, chest, shoulders and arms is MUCH leaner than on my stomach.
At one point in my life I cut down to the point where I had a flat stomach with thin skin, and while I was at the fittest point in my life, everybody just thought that I was extremely sick.
I’m not talking about abs guys. I can get those. I’m talking about evenly distributed fat where my face doesn’t have to look like I’m terminally ill in order to achieve that.
Or is this just the life for guys with poor body fat distribution?

Well if you have more muscle mass you'll look leaner with the same lbs amount of fat so while you are at a lower bf you can have more fat weight on your face, just look at transformation pics of people who bulked up, their face usually look fuller. So I guess my advice is bulk up.
