    Where am I going wrong with my diet? Please help.

    I work out 3 times a week for an hour and a half, and my daily diet consists of

    4 Egg Whites with Premier Protein Shake
    Oikos(15 grams of protein)
    Salad with Spinach, Chicken, Croutons, and balsamic vinegrette)
    Two cans of Albacore tuna with two tablespoons of Mayo
    Dinner which consist usually of Brown rice, a vegetable, and a meat of some kind.

    On rare occasions I will eat a PB Banana Honey Sandwhich.

    Where am I going wrong, is this from my diet or a lack of cardio.

    Someone reputable please help.

    First off, do not eat so much tuna, mercury poisoning will get you later on.

    Age, height, weight?

    Doesn't look like you have much fat to lose really, more like you lack muscle mass.
