So recently I set up a workout regiment for my girlfriend because she wanted a better and healthier body. It's been a month, and there's some change overall. However, she's upset that she has lost her butt a bit after working out and eating less and more healthy. I'm not exactly sure what to do.
I know I'm asking for a lot but she wants to:
Lose overall body fat
Build at least lean muscle
Reduce her hip dips
and keep her butt fat
What exactly can she do to get where she wants?

Telling her not to workout because she already looks fantastic.
By telling her anything other than not to workout because she already looks fantastic.
In all seriousness, women are always right. Your opinion is only helpful if it aligns with hers. Your lifting advice is only helpful if it's what she already wanted to do.
You are young and have many years to figure this out. Good luck mate.

OP your gf's goals are contradictory she can't choose to drop body fat and keep her ass.
And she will have a hard time gaining muscle and dropping body fat.
You can point her to the nutrition and workout sections of this forum.. If she reads them she'll have a good head start
I'm rather lucky that my gf is happy to have me write her a program and takes form advice too then XD.
Though I agree in the case the she 'knows' something about training already... Then your ****ed.5 day full body crew

You cannot fathom how accurate this information is. Ive been married seven years and I have learned to never, ever attempt to coworkout with my wife when it comes to the gym and things I know more about than her.
The most diabolical thing is when she asks me for advice on a subject and I go to give it to her. Its a trick.

Lmao, I can relate to this. They want the help and support but they don't want to listen to your lifting words of wisdom, it's really almost a lose/lose situation. My wife must have listened to some of it though because she lost about 30lbs when I was helping her. Don't give up bro, they are listening, they just don't want to admit we know what we are talking about.

LMAO @ this thread.
Re-read post #2, opie, and then run for the hills. No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
