Hey all...been a while since posted. On Nov. 30th I weighed in at 287lbs. Today I am at 245lbs. Been doing a modified keto diet with 1 cheat meal a week.
The problem I am having is on my left forearm on the outside elbow is a pain. Its not horrible but when I lift it stains. Is this tennis elbow or do I just need to rest and let it heal.
Thanks for any help

Now forgive my sin once more and pray to the LORD your God to take this deadly plague away from me.

Not a doctor but elbow pain is often tendonitis. I've had it in the past when I've had too much volume on arms, I also find certain exercises like skullcrushers give me elbow issues too.
Probably good idea to rest, have a look at your program and see if you need to do that much arm work or if you can switch out certain exercises that won't put so much strain on your elbows.Bench -216lbs
Squat - 268lbs
Deadlift - 375lbs
OHP - 134lbs

I would have to agree with the above post^^^thats the most likely cause.
But not being a medical professional and not seeing you in person it is only a guess on my part.
Use common sense and don't do anything that irritates that area you may have to give up some movement that you really like doing for awhile.

Ice massage works wonders for tendinitis type stuff... try it a few times a day for a few days and spend more time warming up/stretching before lifting and see how it goes... may even nix the accessory work for a while and just focus on compound movements if able to tolerate.

Look into muscle flossing and massage therapy. I had shoulder tendinitis and after acute phase. I flossed daily had massage weekly then bi weekly and heat helped me solve it. I avoided barbell curls, did hammers instead and do compound movements and avoided tricep isolation till it healed.
This forum is great! Wish I found it years ago.....
