Magnusson/Ortmayer Deadlift Routine OR any weekly progressive routine?
I have patella tendonitis so i cant squat. I am thinking of running a deadlift specialist program.
Anyone got any experience with Magnusson/Ortmayer Deadlift Routine?
Or any other weekly progression type routine.
Any responses are greatly appreciated.
I will be using 425 as my entered max.
