fit misc was the closest thing to a copy of this place, similar feel and layout, and a decent userbase. A lot of the people who were banned on here ended up there.

The guy who created and ran it was a computer guy, no idea who though. I think he was a Muslim dude. Unfortunately it's been down for a few years now.

I used to post on city data and a few other forums that were pretty busy. They're mostly dead now too. This is my favorite layout of posting online. Instagram is pure garbage, I get shadow banned all the time because their algorithm is such trash. Twitter is a lot better now with musk, but those sort of websites are way too expansive. Commenting just feels like throwing a message in a bottle into the ocean. The same goes for reddit, and that's not even getting into the politics and culture on there, the layout is god awful. It's a real shame the fit misc guy decided to take that forum offline. It'd be nice to have a copy of this place that's not affiliated with a brand that doesn't really care about this dying corner of its website.
