    Unhappy What is this please help?

    What is this, do I have " Gyno" or just chest fat or nipple fat, I used to weigh 195 pounds but I lost all of my weight over 2 years & now I'm about 155 pounds & when it's cold or I go for a 5 mile run my nipples look fine, when it's normal temperature they kinda point out of puff out, if I pinch them or even touch them they slightly go in & make them look normal... What do I do?
