    Pectus Excavatum

Hi. I am 18 years old and I was born with pectus excavatum. I am always sub conscious about this condition and always afraid girls will never like me or find my body attractive because of this condition. I have started working out for a week now and really want to make my PE less noticeable Below are pictures of my condition. I would really love tips on how to build a bigger chest to make it less noticeable. Do you guys think if I continue working out my chest it will become less noticeable and maybe start looking like a normal persons chest? Thanks!

Except for an operation, there's nothing you can do to fix it tbh
Doing weights will make it less noticeable, but people will always be able to tell

There's no specific exercise for it, just do all you can to make your chest grow
Don't be so down about it man, people get handed worse things in life

Your chest looks a bit off but I don't even know what specifically is wrong with it. Girls aren't as bothered by minor deformities as men are, they just aren't that visual. We'll give you more flack for it than any chick will by far. I'm more concerned with how small you are in general than your titty-specific issues.

I have pectus excavatum too, and my case is actually worse than yours. I have been lifting for a few months and it does actually look less noticeable. Its not like the "hole" disappears, but the chest just develops around it, so you cant really see it unless you search for it.
Most people, except those in weightlifting circles won't notice it. Just remember to train your back muscles, especially the anterior head of the delts, so that your posture is better. Kyphosis and any forward shoulder tilt will make your pectus look worse, so don't forget to do some deadlifts, rows, chins and/or lat pulldowns

Honestly I don't see anything. Eat big and lift big brah. I have a few structural issues but I realized early on that no one cares about them.
