I already paid for the full phucking year. Some ******* late last night was benching more than he can handle and couldn't get the weight off himself screaming for the help and the only other person near him willing to help had his headphones on and couldn't hear him and said ******* injured himself.
Today I go in for legs day and I was told that its now a gym safety policy where no one is allowed to have headsets and to listen to music that the *******s at the gym play on the speakers aka gay ass katy perry or whoever the ****.
Yes mad... raging.

If this is true just simply tell them you want a refund. If it's a rule they plan to enforce, then it is a change of the contract you signed. So the contract is no longer valid.
