Here's a little intro:
I can talk alot so I will try not to bore everyone with too much ramble right off the bat. I am a tennis coach right now and I coach pretty much all ages. As my stats say I am about 5'8, I used to be a little over 200 lbs at my heaviest, which I know is nothing impressive being that this is bodybuilding.com. But, I felt like it was pretty big for someone my height. I felt like a tank and it was hard to move even though I wasn't overweight. I had a little fat. I lost a good 25-35 pounds of muscle since then. I can move much better now, but I miss that powerful look I used to have in my college years. So if I were to use numbers, I would say I want to gain about 30 pounds at least. I dont mind putting in the work either. Didnt get to use my Glycobol for tonights training but I figured id still post what I did to get this log started!
Training from tonight! Felt pretty good today so I was able to train as intensely as possible and fairly heavy. This is for Opeth09 :P. Probably still nothing impressive strength wise, but I am pretty strong with incline flyes. Had great energy and pumps pretty much the whole way. No fading or crashing at all . Pretty happy with the way it went! Still pretty pumped right now actually!
PWO: Hyper fx Sample Packet
Intra: 1.5 scoops of AI No Whey
Post: 1 scoop of Aminolast
Chest:
Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 warmups and 5 sets with 70's
Flat Smith Press: 2 wramups and 4 sets with 2 PPS
Incline Flyes: 4 sets with 65's
Weighted Pushups: 4 sets with a plate on my back
Calves:
Standing Calf Raises: 2 warmups and 5 sets with 300lbs
Donkey calf Raises: 5 sets with someone on my back
That was it for tonight. Took about 1 hr and 15 min or so!

I used Glycobol a while back for a cut..,, I had some great result. One of the best products to shuttle nutrients and insulin mimicer. I believe that would be a good explanation. John Smeton is a good person to ask questions on AI Products. My first experience with Reps and interaction with companies was with AI SPORTS.... First official day of the log! I went with one cap PWO. And I will take another one pretty soon. I don't like taking any kind of supp too late because even if its a non stim I find it still keeps me awake. Yes I know it's strange! Haha. So even though this is the very first time and cap I took I don't know if its realistic to notice effects instantly but I will say I definitely feel a little more pumped up than usual. I trained shoulders today which doesn't get as pumped as say my legs. Today I was pretty pumped halfway through my first exercise. It might definitely have been the Glycobol! Strong stuff it must be right? I also feel very energetic and strong as well! . I just blasted through my training with ease!
PWO: 1 cap of Glycobol before my meal and 1 cap of Hydroxycut for weight loss before training.
Intra: 1 scoop of IsoFusion
Post: gonna be either BCAA's or some whole foods probably some chicken.
Here is what I did tonight:
Something to keep in mind before reading my training. I rarely count reps or sets or even weights. I go by how I feel on that day. Some days I may do 2 sets and some days I may do as many as 8-10 sets of one exercise. I all depends on how I'm feeling and how that exercise is working for me on that day. I am a high rep guy though. I never ever go below 8. I just don't feel anything when I go below 8. I usually do at least 10 reps for everything. I also do alot of Warmups so what you see isn't a typo lol
Shoulders:
Rear dumbbell raises: 3 Warmups 6 sets with 30's
Side laterals: 2 Warmups and 5 sets with 30's
Seated barbell presses: 2 Warmups and 5 sets with 205
Standing dumbbell presses: 4 sets with 45's
Cardio: about 60 flights of stairs
Abs: 5 sets each of reverse crunches and scissor kicks
