Hi guys! I tried to search both on forum and on google, but could not find any good answer. It says everything before "2 days" and "30 days".
I need to loose some weight for an event. Taking creatin out of the system seems like a good way to get rid of 2-3kg extra
So, how long does it take before 80-90% of creatin/water is out from the system?
Anyone have scientific data?
Thx a lot!

About 6 weeks.

Creatine technically is never really out of the system, as your body makes it naturally. So you'll have creatine in your muscles even without supplementing. However, you can return to baseline pre-supplementation levels within muscles after you stop taking your supplement. As stated by the others in this thread, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
