    Realistic BF% Drop in 2 months?

    I want to extend my bulk until April, was going to start it in March but not satisfied with size. I'll only have 2 months to cut (April, 2/3rd of May) since college classes end around that time, what's a realistic bf% drop within those 2 months?
    Giving up is not an option.

    u can drop 12-15 lbs no problem.

    12-15 lbs is possible but that's almost 2lbs a week. If you want to keep majority of your muscle gains I would do .05-1lbs a week.

    Doesn't have to be, because first week is already 4-6 lbs of water weight which leaves him with lets say 7 lbs to lose in 7 weeks

    I started cutting 14 days ago and I've lost about 6-8 lbs already. Aiming to lose 20-25more lbs in next 3 months.

    Assuming you hit your macros and work hard everyday you can very well lose up to 8% in two months. But since we do hit plateaus and if you want to keep as much muscle as possible you can easily lose 4-5% while minimizing muscle loss.
