There are plenty of reasons to dismiss hoodia right off the bat, but for whatever reason, hoodia is still probably one of the top 3 most recommended non stimulant appetite suppressants on this forum. It's hard to understand why, considering that on virtually every supplement site with relatively reputable reviews for their products, hoodia gets a less than stellar grade. Is hoodia so well known and heavily advertised that people here are just recommending it as a knee jerk response to questions about non-stim suppressants, without having tried it themselves? Or have some people on this forum actually had results? If it worked for you, what brand were you using, and what dose? If there's anything at all to hoodia, I think the answer might lie in the dose, but right now the evidence doesn't look good.
