    Casein Powder, Yay or Nay?

    Besides the BS most companies feed to make sales; does anyone here believe Casein is necessary in helping you overnight?

    The only thing thats gonna "help you overnight" is having a solid total daily macro/cal intake, regardless of it's timing.

    Casein, however, is choice for making proats with.

    I find it better for baking, sludge, proats, etc and it is more filling
