Expand extreme pump-caffiene free?

hey was wondering if anyone out there has used the dymatize extreme pump?is it a good clean product?does it produce gains in muscle and overall strength.also anyone use the caffiene free version

I ran into my buddy i went to highschool with and he the one that pushed me to start lifting couple years back. But anyway he convinced me to buy a tub. Just got back from.the vitaminshoppe ill post up tomorrow when i work out and let ya know what i think about it. Just from the first workout that is.

I would describe it as a less intense Ultima. It gives you pretty good focus and gives you slight tunnel vision. taste good too.

The pump was good, and the beta alanine does help some with endurance, but I didn't really notice any focus or energy compared to a stimmed product.

Don't get me wrong it was not a bad supp at all, the orange is much better than the fruit punch IMO
