my current log will conclude 10/4 and then I'm taking a full week off for strategic deconditioning and detox...10/13 I'd be able to first start this as I also will begin my new workout program...I'd been really looking for a natty T booster to cut with....just about done with an 8 week HST bulk program

Training experience:About 10 years. I was the skinny kid in high school (~140 lbs) and I've been up to ~220. Currently, trying hard to cut to about 185.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):I change it up a lot but I usually lift at least 4 days a week, trying to lift as much as possible, always worked for me.
Short Term Goal:Cut it about 185 and get under 14% BF.
Long Term Goal:Maintain about 185-195 and get BF below 12%

Training experience: 2 years, started at 145 pounds and am currently still bulking.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
my diet is around 4k calories a day clean. Lots of oats, bread, eggs, chicken, milk, yogurt, tuna, fruit smoothies, broccoli, nuts, clif builder bars, multi-grain pasta, 90/10 ground beef.
monday - back between 12-16 sets
tuesday - off
wednesday - chest 14 sets
thursday - off
friday - arms 10 sets for each bis and tris
saturday - shoulders 14-15 sets
sunday - legs 16-22 sets
if you look through anyone of my logs you will get a feel of the exercises I do and reps, I generally try to go by feel and try to increase the weight with same reps on at least one exercise every workout.
Short Term Goal: As of right now I think my arms are lagging the most and would like to add .25 inches to my arms in the next month, and I think a test booster would be perfect for helping me boost gains and break through the plateau. Also, I'd like to add more width to my back.
Long Term Goal: Bulk to 230 and stay at my current BF of about 12-13%
Test Booster history (as much detail as possible): I've taken fx mass and hyperdrol x2 for 8 weeks. Which I ran a log just for myself to keep track of my progress.

1xwarm up set
3x working sets of 6-8 reps
Day1: Push
Chest: Flat Bench, Incline, Dips, flies
Shoulders: Military press, wide grip upward row, side laterals
Tri's: Extensions, reverse grip pulldowns, skull crushers
Day2: Pull
Back: Deadlifts, bent over rows (or T bar), straight out pulldowns (arms straight out no clue
what they're called works upper inner back)
Bi's: Preachers Curls (one arm or two), Alt grip BB curls, Close grip chins
Forearms: Circuit three exercises 2 times each: Sittin wrist curls, standing wrist curls
(behind back) and the Stick and rope rollx2 (up down up down)
Abs: Reverse Crunches, crunches and sometimes i throw in somethin random
Day3:Legs
Upper: Squats, Leg extensions, Leg press
Hamstrings: Leg curls (occasionally stiff-leg deadlifts too)
Calves: Sitting calf raise, standing calf raise
Very light cardio: 10mins of cycling or 10 mins jog
Day4:Break
Day5:Break
Day6:repeat
