    Its time to make a change

    I am new to this site and this looks the perfect forum to make my first post... My name is Danny and Im 5'8 and roughly 198lbs of fat... I would like to get down to atleast 170 by November 1st at the latest... I am so overwhelmed with the info here and am confused about how many calories I should be eating... This post should keep me motivated and thanks in advance for any advice and encouragment...

    Well will post what ive had to eat so far


    Breakfast

    Oatmeal
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs

    Snack

    Apple with Natty PB


    Lunch

    1 can of Tuna with mustard,hot sauce and onions
    Brocolli
    Cauliflower

    Snack

    Bowl of assorted fruit strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
