I have a few questions
1. if i workout all week, then rest saturday and sunday, on the weekend should i still eat a lot of protein? Or only on workout days?
2. if after 3 weeks or so of working out on same routine im not getting sore from it anymore, does that mean i need to switch up lifts or routine, or add weight?
3. I just got a cold yesterday(like a common cold), and i probably wont weight lift for like the next two-three days, if im still eating plenty will this affect my strength at all when i start back up in a few days?
4. How do you find out what your daily caloric intake should be?
I dont know how to give rep, i dont even know if i can, but if someone can give me a good answer to all 3 of these i would be happy to rep them. If i cant rep then all i can say is that i really appreciate the help. Thanks!

You need to keep your calories high if you're going to be working out Monday-Friday as well as protein. Your muscles need time and calories to recover so eat A LOT on the weekends as well.
Soreness =/= "good workout". Post up your routine so we can look at it. To answer the last part of your question about adding weight, do it, as it means you're getting stronger and building muscle.
Don't try to lift when you're sick, that's just stupid. Take enough days to where you feel better. Chances are you won't loose any strength.
There are online sites that can be used, but most of them are inaccurate. Weighing 132 you need to be eating everything you can get your hands on, and that includes junk food and pop.
Haha, your reps don't do anything to my 1k+, but good luck man and eat your heart out.I'm in for the rep trade... Jus' sayin'.

eat as much as you can at all times brah, and if your sick wait till your feeling good before you lift, and as for calculating calories theres a label on eveything right it down and add em up. good luck
The closer you are to failure, the closer you are to victory, all depends on how you walk the line.

I have a few answers.
You should always eat a lot of protein. You may want to cut out the post workout protein shake, because you won't be lifting, but you should definitely keep the protein intake up. Your muscles grow when they rest and repair not while you lift, so protein is almost more important on non-training days.
You should try to add weight every week or so. Though, you may actually want to change your entire routine every 6-8 weeks. Though, you may just need to change reps/sets.
It may effect it a little bit, but it shouldn't be too much. Thing is about being sick, you can feel a lot better, but you can still be pretty fatigued. Eat up. It's really important to keep eating when you're sick, and it's so easy to skip meals when you're sick, so you need to compensate for that.
