    Its fine, put it in your postworkout shake unless you're using CEE and you don't need the insulin spike to absorb it really.

    although it has been cited in enhancing carb loads (particluarly post workout)

    It might make you bloat up with water retention though. So just be aware of that and don't blame it on keto.
