As the title says i need help losing more weight. ive lost about 50lbs in almost 2 years but now i cant seem to lose anymore weight. ive been eating pretty clean, oatmeal for breakfast and chicken breast and brown rice with vegetables the rest of the day. Sometimes itll just be rice or just vegetables with the chicken. i try to measure eveything but i feel like everything is off. i tried calculating my bmr which came to 2723 i tried cutting the 500 cals to 2223 but i fell like over thinking the process. if it helps im 18 203lbs. its been hard lose weight for me but ive done it. now it seems nearly impossibe to lose any weight. is there anything i should do like maybe just eat 4-5 small meals a day of chicken and brown rice with vegetables like ive been doing or what? any help is appreciated.

You can't "overthink" the process. Try eating 2000 calories a day for a couple of weeks (and weigh EVERYTHING you eat) and see if the scales shift. Number of meals and what you eat is largely irrelevant, make sure you're getting your protein and lifting heavy.
