1. When i workout, should i max out and only do a couple or should i do a less weight but do more repetions? Which one is better for building muscle?
2. When i take my protein powder should i take it in the morning? before i workout? after i workout? or both?
3. If i get sore from workout out, should i keep working out my sore muscles? or should i wait till the soreness goes away then workout again. (usually takes 2-3 days to get rid of soreness completly)
4. Would it be a good idea to do an Aerobic workout to burn fat, and then right after do weight lifting. i want to lose a bit of fat and replace it with muscle. would this be a good stradegy?
Thanks for any help with answering these questions,

1. ) Max-out sparingly. / Keep reps in the 6-8 range, but don't be afraid to experiment, cause what works for most, may not work for you, and vice versa.
2. ) Some people take it at all the times that you mentioned. Most importantly though, is that you take it directly after you're workout.
3. ) No, soreness is only temporary, your body will get more adapted to it after awhile, and adventually, it'll be minimal...
4. ) I'm not going to answer this one, frankly because, I do not know the answer.
