DBX! Glad to see you around again. I remember you were one of my faves in bygone days; coming back myself in April after a long layoff I saw the membership had largely changed and you and others (like OS, Lukamar, etc.) were gone.
But while you were always very clear about your political leanings, you seem a bit more...vehement.

Stop being nice to me, you freaking liberal bastard
***Oh, and yes, I just did what everyone here hates the most; I had the audacity to delete a thread that I started . Yes, your contributions (whoever posted in it) have vanished. My prerogative, and I exercised my right. It was intended differently, but very flawed in its presentation. And it degenerated quickly, and it was not my intent to have it become so personal...even though I absolutely gave it that flavor. All on me...but it is gone.

I know, I know......
Training? Wut?
Seriously: I actually hit 9.5%bf last month, which is the lowest since I was in freaking HS. A true short story; I walked into a convenience store 2 days ago, and an Irananian (one I've never seen there) said to me, "I like your body" I swear to God, he said this! . My first thought was...teH Ghey!...and then immediately realized it was a cultural thing. But Jesus, any man should know this ain't cool to say to another .
Anyway....I still run approx. 3 times per week (5 mile runs), and I have admittedly been slacking on my weightlifting, meaning that I am cramming in "full body" workouts once per week on my worst weeks, and only doing an "upper/lower" routine split on average. I am in the best shape of my life! I am only 175lbs, veins popping out all through my arms, and my family have all told me, "You look little" . We all know the deal, right? I feel great!

I see you're down to 183, and I know that's humbling from your "traditional" frame of 195 or so. We have similar frames, so I know. How has your strength held up? Mine ALWAYS tanks. However, I am always comforted by my best friend's comment, "I don't want to be able to bench 500lbs, I just want to look like i can." . I am definitely moving toward that state of mind in recent months. My shoulders are fkd
