Hey peeps I'm a 36 year old woman who drank..... and I mean drank a lot of alcohol í ½í¸ž I used to be a personal trainer 8 yrs ago before that I wasto be overweight.185 to be exact... I weighed175 when I started training then got down to 125 with really awesome muscle tone! 8 years later all of its gone I run 50 mins 6 days a week and weight lift 20 mins 3 times a week! Why does my body look so grey and flabby especially my legs....ugh? I want to be an inspiration to others because recovering from alcohol is very frustrating especially if you're wanting to be Skinny with beautiful muscle tone! I would appreciate any help so I can finally have true results and share with others

Not much to go on but my first thoughts are that your doing more cardio than lifting.
If all you do is cardio and under eat you end up looking like a bag of bones. To do what you want, you need muscle. Imo, your better off getting on a lifting program where you lift 3-4 days for around a hour each day. Cardio is good but I would do less of it and more on strength training .
