Hello,
I have come to log.
I'm 36(F), 122lbs, notta clue as to my bodyfat (I'm obsessive enough, heh).
Oh, 5"0.
My routine is something like:
At home compound lifts, IE: front squats, pin press, hip thrusts, weighted pull-ups, etc.
Next day is pump work at the gym, IE: mostly machines to failure + step mill
Then a rest day where I usually do my spin bike at home with some yoga and foam rolling.
I am not good at sitting still, apparently.
It's bothering me that my age says 53 when I changed it to 36 in my profile.
36 is scary enough...
Anyway, there's my lackluster intro.
I'm off to lift and I'll log my first session later.

Ok, I am sad. I can't post my workout videos here until I have 50 posts. And I think the misc section will tear me apart into downvoted oblivion, so it will take forever to get to 50 .

The Misc section scares me.
It seems like a lot of people kind of hate women there, or are angry I guess is more accurate.
I fled UGBB forums to try to get over my broken heart, but it's hard not to go back there.

I made it to 50 posts and got red voted into oblivion in the process.
I have made great strides in getting over my broken heart from the other forums, so I've been logging there again.
BUT, sometimes I have set backs, so I want this log around incase I feel sad about him again and need to escape. Here is my workout video highlights from yesterday

Some things I'm happy with :
Front squats to 140lbs (getting some old strength back since I started cutting in April)
Weighted pull-up with +31 lbs - very happy with this progression.
And bent over rows 125lbs x 9
It seems my cutting diet hasn't affected my upper body strength at all. I also pin pressed 95lbs which was the same as before I started my diet.
I guess it's only really impacted squats. But, it could be a mental thing in that regard too.
Everything felt great yesterday.
