Hey fit friends!!!
I have been working in trying to balance out my legs. My right leg tends to dominate a lot making it more developed than my left leg. At first they were looking like 2 different legs..
I began incorporating a lot of single leg exercises such as: leg extensions, leg press and Bulgarian squats. I've been doing this for the past 5-6 weeks and can honestly say I have made some progress. Left leg is starting to come along..
I was wondering if anyone has any additional exercises or suggestions that I could incorporate into my split that would help.. Appreciate it! 😜
