Thanks folks
It's another eyeroll thread of "what game should I try out", but I'm trying to make it open. I know it's kinda dumb to ask for opinions so much on subjective things like games, but I'm going to really try out some new games. Starting with Dota 2. I love League of Legends, so it seems dumb to try something new (if it ain't broke don't fix it), but I have a feeling Dota 2 will be deeper. Although I do get put off by the community online saying it's toxic, and also non Dota 2 players commenting on how the turn speed sucks on Dota 2. But that's all opinions.
I loved W3 Dota, so it seems daft I haven't tried the polished new version lol. I just get put off easily, and that turn speed thing sounds irritating. Like in Diablo 2 ressurected, it's so clunky feeling.
League of Legends, despite being more arcade-y, seems like it's more smooth? Eitherway, I'm gonna check out Dota 2 properly and sink some hours into it.
I've never got into story games at all, and why I never got into FF stuff. Sadly no Witcher 3 either despite owning it and getting a pimp PC to play it lol (and other AAA titles back in the day)Overthinking, overanalysing separates the body from the mind

Of all time? It'd have to be San Andreas by a mile.
My most played game of 2024 is Infinite Wealth. It's actually the only game I've played this year, but I've sunk at least 80 hours into it so far and I'm not even close to being done. It probably won't win GOTY for political reasons, but it's an absolute masterpiece.
